Description
Pharrell Williams’ latest team-up with adidas blends elements from two of their previous projects: 2015’s Supercolor series and last summer’s patchwork knit Superstars. You’d be forgiven for not recognising this pair as a Superstar at first — after all, its upper is Primeknit rather than leather, and ridged stitching replaces the classic rubber toe shell. It’s all cream in colour, drawing on the monochrome models from five years ago, and branded with a mint green version of the partners’ ‘HUMAN RACE’ branding.
