Frequently asked questions
Can I change the Initial/names/dates? Where do I include my personalization details? Can you do colors? Is this a sticker?
Any part of the design that is text can be change? You are welcome to personalize it how you like it. You can remove any text item. Changes to the design elements, font, or adding text will require and extra charge.
Please include any personalization details regarding your design in the “note to seller” section at checkout.
We do not offer color etching.
This is not a sticker. Our etchings are are created with a laser that actually etches into the glass, and engraves directly into the wood.
Can I have you use my own design or create a special design for me?
Looking to have your own logo, design, or quote etched? We can do that for you! You can either select “custom” from the design drop down menu in the item listing of your choice, or you can view our collection of items that can be customized to your liking here: http://etsy.me/2pnvdOS
If you would like to use a design or logo of your own, just send it to us through Etsy. If you wish to use a quote or message of your own, simply include your personalization notes, along with your font choice, in the “note to buyer” section at checkout. Once we receive your order, we will begin to work on your design poof!
How long does it take to make and ship? Can I rush my order?
Once you place your purchase, we will send you a design proof to your email for you to approve. Personalized/templated orders do not received proofs, only full custom orders. Once approved, we will create and ship out your item in 2-3 days.
Delivery time depends on what you ordered and where you want your order shipped to.
If you would like to speed up the process, you can purchase a rush order upgrade. This will make your order ship out faster, but will not speed up the actual shipping time. You can purchase the rush order upgrade from here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/215078995
Can I have a proof before I purchase?
For all custom orders, the design is created after purchase. This is very standard for any design work. Each design takes time to customize specially for you, and we want to ensure that we are working on designs for committed customers only. This also protects our work from being used somewhere else. Please note that we only send proofs for full custom designs. We do not send proofs for our template designs.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
We offer bulk discount prices for orders of 12 or more of the same item, with the same design. If this applies to your order, please contact us with the amount you wish to purchase, and we will provide you with a quote.
Can I pick this up locally?
If you live close to the Scottsdale area in Arizona, we offer in-store pickup, as well as taking walk-in orders. To have shipping deducted from your order, and to mark your order as a pickup, please enter the code: LOCALPICKUP at checkout.
How can I find my total cost including shipping? How much is it to ship internationally?
Etsy will automatically bundle your items together for you, and calculate your total including shipping. To view this total, simply add the item(s) to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be able to review the final total before proceeding with your purchase.
Be sure to add all times to your cart and complete one checkout if you need multiple items from our store to be sure you get shipping discounts
