My name is Kalli and I am an artist, digitizer, and lover of all things embroidery.
I am the artist behind each of these designs, as well as the one running the embroidery machines. By buying a piece of clothing from me, not only are you receiving a handmade item, but also a piece of my artwork. If you see something you like, go ahead & treat yourself :)
I would also like to take a second to say that we are a small team and orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship out. Please reach out prior to purchase if you need an order done quicker and I am happy to accommodate.

Return & Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not accept cancellations after 72 hours, returns, or exchanges. It is your responsibility as the buyer to read the item description and size charts. We are a small team and every item in my shop is made to order.
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. You will be refunded once the item is received in original condition. If the item is not received in original condition, you will NOT be refunded.
I do not accept any returns for customized items.
Free Shipping Exceptions
We are happy to make free changes to your shipping address as long as we here from you before we purchase your label.
If we have already purchased your label, you will be asked to pay an additional amount for shipping.
International orders do not ship free.
Shipping Policy
All orders marked delivered by the carrier service are considered delivered. We do not accommodate lost packages as that falls under the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Please reach out to the carrier for additional information.
