If you order on a Friday, your order will be made first thing Monday and shipped out Tuesday. I start work 6am - 4pm Monday through Friday. I do not work Saturday / Sunday. If I do, it is paperwork.

When you get notified that your order has been shipped it is my every intention to have your order shipped that day. Because I am so busy, I depend on my postman to pick up the items and sometimes they do not take them. So I drop them off the next day at the post office. Sometimes they do not scan in your package right away but rest assure it is on its way

Frequently asked questions
I placed an order earlier in the day and just placed another one now. Can I combine the order?
YES! Please message me if you placed an order more than once. I usually combine orders when I see them but most of the time it is too late and the label has been created. So I refund the labels and create a new one for the you, wasting shipping label paper, so please message me asap.
Can I order more than what is available?
Yes! Please message me and let me know which yarn you are interested in. All colorways are made to order.
Can I get my yarn caked?
Yes! Please leave a comment at checkout asking to be caked when you order your yarn. Any orders caked up are non refundable. Once caked, I will not be able to resell them.
My two skeins look slightly different but are the same colorway, why?
When dyeing yarn, any two skeins or more will never look the same. I do try to make them as close as possible, even in the same dye lot but that's the magic of yarn dyeing ;)
I recommend alternating rows every two rows ( or every time you are on the RS). This will help blend the colors and have a less chance of pooling.
Is it ready to ship?
No. All orders are made to order
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
I always ask to give me 3-5 week days to ship. This is just to give me some leeway just in case anything was to come up. I try not to work weekends because we are all human and need some time off ... that and softball tournaments seem to take up the spot. Any orders made after 12pm will be made the next day and shipped the following. If you order Thursday Afternoon / Friday Morning your order will go out Monday. Any Orders placed Friday Afternoon will be made Monday and go out Tuesday
Do you offer discounts on big orders?
I do not. Please understand that every penny counts. I use each transaction to pay for personal and business expenses. Personal: Car Insurance, health insurance, internet, and other bills. Business Expenses: Gas/Electric, Water Bill, equipment, dye powder, undyed yarn, mailer bag, plastic packaging for the yarn, additional things that goes into the item, ink, shipping label, yarn labels, etc. I offer random sales throughout the year but most common are in July (vacation sale), September (birthday sale), and November after Thanksgiving until the week before Christmas.
I like this colorway but it's not in Bulky :(
Don't worry! All colorways can be made in any weight / base! I may not have the listing up or it was expired but please message me if you see a colorway you want. You can also search the name of the colorway in the shop and all the bases should show up :)
Is the price for the listing for 1 item?
Yes! In my listing photos you will see multiple skeins but the price is per item.
