Most, if not all, of my miniatures are suitable for 1/12th scale. However, some of the estate sale items I obtain, or just older items in general, may be slightly larger or smaller than anticipated. I always include exact measurements in the descriptions so please them carefully and message me if you have any questions.

Frances Lane Park Artisan Miniatures is NOT responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect mailing addresses given at check-out, postal system delays or if buyer fails to pick up on time at post office (if/when advised by USPS). If items are returned due to an incorrect address, the additional shipping cost will be at buyers expense.

All items are sent using USPS First Class Packaging (upgrades available) which includes tracking and can be viewed through Etsy "track my order". Please choose respective shipping method at checkout.
Purchases from outside of the United States may be subjected to delays by country(ies) customs, which is out of my control.

All items to be mailed are well packaged and packaged with care by Frances Lane Park Artisan Miniatures, however, if a damage item is received, please contact my shop and the issue will be remediated.

This shop has no control over postal delays nor is it either the buyer or seller's fault.

If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the post office but you did not receive it:

Wait 1-2 business days before contacting shop as this issue is becoming common. In addition to waiting the extra days, please check with neighbors or building offices in case of delivery mistake.

If the package does not arrive, there will ONLY be a full refund issued 30 days after the package was marked as "Delivered", unless the package arrives during those 30 days. During this time, a case will opened with USPS by either buyer or seller.

If you receive a refund and the package arrives after that, it's up to you and your conscious if you tell me about it :)

If a package arrives empty and/or has the signs of being opened and tampered with, BUYER must immediately call and report mail theft which is a felony. Seller does not have any more involvement unless requested by the US Postal Inspection Service.

This shop will not tolerate any form of harassment by anyone on this platform, including buyers. If there is anything deemed to be harassment by shop, shop has full right to cancel, refund, block and report buyer/user. Owner of shop will always remediate a situation if parties involved act agreeable and maturely.
