Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are received before that times quoted below, however, there can be delays at sorting centres and at customs which we are not responsible for.

We offer free standard shipping (no tracking).

Shipping times are as follows;
for Canada - 2-5 days
For the USA - 10-14 days
Everywhere else 12--18 days.

While we do not accept returns or exchanges for our earrings (safety and hygiene), we will accept returns and exchanges on other products. If you do find that there is an issue with your order, please contact me immediately and I would be happy to help problem solve the issue.

I have had so many of you and others ask for custom wholesale orders that I have had to create a new policy for custom wholesale orders.
I want to be able to provide the best possible turnaround so I’ll be limiting the number of custom orders each month and the processing time will depend on the size of the order and the level of work/detail and complicated detail for the pieces.

I will be starting the new year by offering 2-4 spots per month. If you know that you have something planned for a certain month and need pieces, a spot can be reserved for you in the month 4-8 weeks before you want to offer the markers.

And in order to preserve my sanity, orders will have to placed 4-8 weeks before they will be offered by the other maker.

Absolutely NOT! It is against the law in Canada to practice misleading misrepresentation including inflating product prices to include shipping costs.
All of my prices are fair and honest prices that reflect the time, materials and talent taken to create my products.

Absolutely! Any of the charms you see in the shop can be used for varies reasons, including miniature scenes. I would simply not add the eye pin, jump ring or lobster clasp.
I could also create plates, cake stands, cupcake stands, bowls and much more to suit your request.

If you believe that your order has been lost in the mail, please reach out to me within 30 days of the delivery date that Etsy provides in the shipping notification and I would be pleased to refund or provide replacements once.

Unfortunately, estimated delivery times provided by Etsy from Canada to other countries or even other parts of Canada is not always an accurate reflection of the postal system.

All charms and custom requests are available.
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
No minimum order is required. Discounts for wholesale orders start at 25 pieces and the more you order the greater the discount.
Prices start at $4.25 per individual charm from 1-24 charms.
Prices for sets will be calculated on a per charm basis, to offer the best all around discount and dependent upon the work it takes for each set.
Shop discounts and promotion codes DO NOT apply to custom or wholesale orders.
If a promo code is used at checkout the wholesale will need to be cancelled and purchased without the promo code.
A lot of time and effort is put into wholesale orders and prices are already discounted based on the number of markers ordered and made.
