How are my standard free shipping orders shipped?
All standard free shipping orders are shipped via 4x6 envelope with tracking. Etsy uses a third-party tracker called Pitney Bowes. Pitney Bowes works hand in hand with USPS to track your packages. There may be times your tracking number does not work on the USPS website. Please use Etsy to track your package or the Pitney Bowes website.
My package says "Delivered" but it's not at my residence. What should I do?
There are cases that USPS is scanning “delivered” before it has left the facility. So we ask customers to wait 24 - 48 hours to see if your package arrives.
If you do not receive it please contact us to resolve the issue.
My package's tracking has not moved. What should I do?
If you do not receive a tracking update within 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes they are! All our stickers are waterproof and scratch proof once applied to desired surface.
We highly recommend you do not rub hand sanitizer of your stickers. It will cause the colors to fade.
My order was purchased with the wrong shipping address, what can I do?
We ship to the address you provided Etsy on your profile. If there is a correction to be made, a message must be sent to us by Etsy messages to confirm within 24 hours. We will NOT be responsible for shipping another package for free.
In the case your package has been returned to our office, due to an incorrect address, the buyer will have two options: Pay for the item to be re-shipped or receive a partial refund. The buyer will receive a refund of what the sticker cost, while the shop keeps the shipping expense.

What is the difference between Processing Time and Shipping Time?
Processing time is 1-3 days for items to be made, packed and dropped off at USPS Facility. There may be times we process quicker. Shipping Time is how long USPS takes to deliver your order once in their possession.
Do you guys take custom orders?
