"Custom Pet" Doormat.

DESIGN+ PROCESS:

Our outdoor/ welcome mats are professionally printed using UV Cured Ink! Unlike hand- painted mats, UV Cured designs are extremely durable and high quality. Our coir doormats stain, rot, and mildew resistant. As always, made in the USA.

For doormats purchased that are 72" or larger, the doormats are professionally and Electrostatically flocked! Unlike hand- painted mats, flocked designs are extremely fade resistant, and durable. They are also stain, rot, and mildew resistant! As always, made in the USA.
Our outdoor/ welcome mats are professionally flocked! This process creates a luxurious 3d velour embellishment to the mat. Flocked doormats are extremely durable and last longer than store bought or painted doormats.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please select a doormat size. The doormat in the listing picture is a 24 x 36 doormat.
2. Please select the title you would like. Depending on the pet, we will change "dogs" to "cats", or the applicable animal.
- No need to knock, we know you're here.
- All guests must be approved by the dogs.
-The dogs are in charge, we just live here.

3. In the personalization box please state the breed, gender, and name of the dog (s). If you would like cat or any other pet, please do the same. These are custom made graphics, so please message if you have any questions or concerns. Please see our listing pictures for examples of previous orders.

CARE+CLEAN:
For prolonged life, please keep the mat in a sheltered and protected dry area like a patio, entryway, covered porch or garage. Avoid direct water like rain, hail and snow as this creates a slower drying of the mat. To clean, simply shake and vacuum.

RETURN POLICY:
Due to the custom nature of our doormats, we do not accept exchanges, refunds, or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three days. If the doormat is deemed damaged or incorrect, a replacement doormat will be sent.
