The hook is very sturdy it self and won’t bend even with a lot of weight.

I would recommend to mount them without the spacers provided (i.e. directly onto the wall) if you intend to hang very heavy items on them.

The screws included are versatile and suitable for various applications. If you plan to mount the hook on a brick or plastic wall, it's recommended to use plugs (not included). It's crucial to determine the type of wall you'll be mounting the hook on and then ensure it is properly installed according to the specific criteria for that wall.
