Q1) Is there a warranty for your light-up jewelry? What happens if they need a repair?
A1) Yes, for the first year from the date of purchase, I will fix cosmetic or electrical issues with the earrings free of charge. (If it is an international order, I will need you to cover shipping to me)
After the first year, repairs are available for the cost of materials used. You can message me here on Etsy or through e-mail and I'm happy to make sure your light-up jewelry is in working order again.

Q2) What special care instructions are there for your light-up jewelry?
A2) The light-up jewelry pieces are more like handmade art pieces for adult collectors, rather than everyday jewelry that can stand up to all conditions, and a gentle hand is needed to ensure they enjoy many years of love.
Please always store light-up pieces in the dust bag provided when not in use, and remove any battery when done using them in the event they get in reach of young children or pets.
I make several of my light-up designs in non-lighting versions, and these are both a more economical and more sturdy option for anyone with these concerns.

Q3) How long does my order take to ship?
A3) Unless an item’s estimate says otherwise, please allow one week to make each order. Sometimes I already made the piece you ordered and will ship same or next-day, and sometimes I am making it to order just for you. If you need an order quicker, just message me and I may be able to accommodate the request.

Q4) I have an allergy or sensitivity, which jewelry pieces are safe to wear?
A4) I avoid using the word "hypoallergenic" in my pieces, because everyone has different sensitivities and even solid gold or stainless steel jewelry still can cause sensitivity to a very small amount of the population. I try to be as transparent as possible in what my jewelry is exactly made of in each listing, and I encourage you to message me with any questions and I'll do my best to accommodate if possible.
