LOST/DAMAGED MAIL
For orders that are shipped with tracking and insurance, a claim for any lost or damaged packages can be submitted with the order's corresponding shipping provider.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that do not include tracking and insurance.
RETURNED MAIL
All packages that are "Returned to Sender" are disposed of upon returning to the shipping carrier and are not returned to us. Please ensure that the correct shipping address has been inputted at checkout as we do not offer refunds or send out replacement packages as a result of 1) incorrect shipping addresses or 2) unclaimed packages after a delivery attempt has been made.
HOOP SIZING
In order to find the most suitable hoop size, we recommend the following before making a purchase:
• Hold a ruler against your ear and measure the distance between the piercing hole and the edge of the ear. A reference photo on how to take your measurement can be found in all of our hoops with sizes listings.
▶ For a snug fit, add 1mm
▶ For a loose fit, add 2mm or more
Example: If the measured distance is 7mm, an 8mm hoop will allow for a snug fit while a 9mm hoop will allow for a loose fit.
Please kindly note that this is a standard measuring technique that we recommend to customers. As every piercing and ear is unique, this method does not take into account any variables (i.e. ear thickness).
