Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
3. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

These taste bad, I can stomach a lot of protein bars etc but I find these inedible. Couldn’t eat 1/2 a bar

Really nice
It actually tastes of chocolate which is a change from their powders. Put them in the microwave for about 20 seconds and it becomes nice and soft, the taste is nicer also this way. Goes Well With:Ice cream

Good flavour but dry and too dense
I like the brownies on first bite but they gradually get much harder to much on because of how dry they are. The macros are great though.Goes Well With:Any milk based drink/shake/smoothie/beverage
