5 out of 5 starsI LOVEEEEEE THESE SO MUCH! I’m super sensitive to certain fragrances and have a lot of sensory issues so I’m super picky with my candles. I work in a basement from home and the scents are subtle enough that I don’t get headaches or nauseated, but strong enough that when I leave my office and go back in; the room is filled with comforting smells. I’ve probably ordered 9 already and don’t plan on stopping. I pick my scent depending on what mood I’m in and the work I need to do for that day. THEY BURN FOREVER!! I got an electric candle lighter for convenience, but once they’re lit, the burn time on them is insane. They’re the longest lasting candles I’ve ever bought and the jars they come in are great for someone like me that loves to repurpose things. Honestly so in love with these. You’ve got a customer for life!

Here is my work station and my little helper Zoey. -
First I prep all the mason jars I will be using with a hot water cleanse and then I insert the wooden wicks. -
Then I melt the soy wax, mix and add the fragrance oil and pour the soy wax into the corresponding mason jars! -
My grandpa hand makes all of my cement candle vessels locally in Sherwood Park, AB. -

Why Will My Wood Wick Not Stay Lit?
If you are ever having trouble lighting your wooden wick know that this is normal and there is a fix! Use the “assisted burn” technique and hold your lighter to the wooden wick for 30 seconds to allow the soy wax to travel up the wick for a more continuous burn.
How Do You Care For Soy Wax Candles?
To start, make sure your wooden wick is about 1/4 inch tall. Use a long match or lighter, and start at the corner of the wooden wick to get your first burn started. If necessary, you can drag the match or lighter along the top, but once the corner ignites it will slowly stretch out over the width of the wick. Because I do not use any accelerants, it may take a couple tries to get the wick to light, but don’t worry, it will light.
Once lit, it’s very important to let your candle burn until the pool of melted wax reaches the edges of the vessel. This is called the memory burn, and usually takes about 3 hours. Doing a proper memory burn ensures you will get the longest life and cleanest burns out of your candle.
Why Does My Candle Smell So Subtle?
My candles are delicately scented with high quality gentle oils such as phthalate & paraben free fragrance oils & essential oil based fragrance. I add just enough fragrance/essential oil to create a soft subtle scent throw that is not overpowering like many artificial candles can be.
Why Does My Soy Wax Candle Look Messy After Burning It?
Soy Wax candles may have variations in their appearance and texture ( ex. Frosting around the inside of the jar and / or cracking of the soy wax) we embrace this uniqueness as this is the nature of pure soy wax. Please know this is not a defect but a true tell tale sign of pure soy and it will not effect the way the candle burns.
