The necklace was delivered really quickly and we were informed of progress throughout, which was helpful and reassuring considering it is considered a expensive item. I've not yet seen the product, because I've asked for it to be gift wrapped and it has been bought for my mums birthday in a couple of months, but I'm really looking forward to giving it to her.
