We will NOT replace ANY lost or damaged packages, as we offer the option to add insurance to all packages at checkout for an extra $1.00 (please note, insurance does not cover stolen packages). Also, we try our best to ensure all edges are cut perfectly straight, all corners are close to 90 degrees, and are free of discoloration/debris from other colored material cut at the same time, but again, these are HAND-CUT and may vary. Please do not purchase if this is an issue.

**If using a "grip mat" with a cutting machine, please note, the "grip" may remove the top layer of color/finish on the faux leather. We are not responsible for items based on the way customers choose to cut/utilize them. If you have any questions regarding the best way to cut/use material, please ask before purchasing.**

Frequently asked questions

What is your shipping policy?

We currently ship worldwide and have flat rate shipping for domestic buyers. All domestic items will be shipped using First Class Mail USPS, which typically takes between 2-5 days or Priority Shipping which typically takes between 2-3 days (both shipping methods exclude Sundays and holidays). Priority shipping is available in each listing.

All items ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements (excludes weekends and holidays).

We do not ship items with insurance unless requested by the buyer. The additional expense will be the buyers responsibility.

Once an item is mailed we are no longer responsible for losses or damages.

Do you offer discounts?

Please check our shop announcement and our direct website (www.glitterwithgraceco.com) for any sales we may have and/or our social media via instagram (@glitterwithgraceco).

What if I don't see what I'm looking for?

If you are looking for a certain color or pattern and do not see it in our shop, please do no hesitate to message us. We are constantly adding new items and are more than willing to get an item in our shop, if possible.

What happens if my order is returned to sender by USPS?

Items returned to the shop by USPS due to being undeliverable, will be refunded the cost of their items, less shipping charges paid by our company (as we offer free shipping on orders over $35) and 20% restocking fee.

If a customer previously contacts our shop to advise an order is on its way back, we will contact the buyer again once we receive it, and the customer is responsible for paying the TOTAL shipping fee that it cost us to re-ship the package(s) (may be more or less than our flat rate of $3.95).

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Returns are only accepted if the customer receives the incorrect item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not offer exchanges.

Cancellations can only be done if your order has not been processed.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and provide a photo of your signed invoice which is included in all orders.

When will I receive my order?

Our current processing time is 1-2 business days (unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements). We try our best to get orders out, no later than the day after the order was placed.

Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 days (granted there are no mishaps or delays with the postal service) after item is shipped.

Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 days (granted there are no mishaps or delays with the postal service) after item is shipped.

Can I add to my current order?

Due to the large volume of orders we will automatically ship orders going to the same name and address together, for a small fee of $2.00 per additional order, if the first order has not been marked shipped. If the first order has been marked shipped, it has processed and we can not make any changes, as it will throw off our shipping. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround time is same/next business day. If you order by noon CST Monday-Friday, your order will ship out the same day (as long as the day is not a holiday). If you place your order after noon CST on Friday- Saturday morning 8am CST, your order will ship on Saturday. Orders received Saturday after 8am-Sunday, will ship on Monday.
