Traditional patchwork block (Churn Dash) meets Modern fabrics in this beautiful quilt! I had been savoring these fabrics for awhile, waiting for just the right idea to come along and I think it was worth the wait! Dark turquoise, fuschia, moss green and aqua are combined and there are lots of different prints and patterns to be seen in a mostly floral feeling. It has been extensively machine quilted as you can see in some of the close-up photos and also in the last photo which shows the backing fabric. It would be a great way to add color to any room, either as a throw or lap quilt or hung on a wall. There are lots of photos, so check them all out, but keep in mind, it was hard to capture the beauty of this quilt in photos! Machine washable. Between piecing and machine quilting there is more than 40 hours of work in this piece.
