I'm not satisfied with the product(s) I've received, what can I do?
First of all sorry to hear that something is unsatisfying! When you are not a 100% happy with the item you purchased, either because it is not as described or broken, I want to help resolve that problem. Please send me a message and we'll work out a proper solution in regard to your problem. I do require a picture as evidence so please keep that in mind.
On what conditions do you accept returns?
I only accept returns from european customers, for legal reasons. The buyer must contact me within 14 days and ship the item back to me within 30 days after receiving the package. The item(s) must either be different from the description or broken beyond use. I always require proof in the form of a photo. If these conditions apply it is the buyers responsibility to ship the item back to me, this includes the shipping costs. Once I've received the item(s) I will return the money within a week, depending on your bank the money might take a while to be transferred.
Custom and personalised orders
Any custom or personalized order can take anywhere from 3-20 business days before being ready to ship. I will inform you of the time it will take for me to create your order. Always feel free to contact me about the time it will take me to create an item before or after ordering.
