PROCESSING TIME
Plantheology strives to get orders out as soon as possible. Custom items are made to order. All orders will be processed in our standard 2-6 business days.

RUSH ORDERS
If you need it SOONER you can purchase the "Rush Order" listing in our shop. These items will ship next business day.
In the optional notes, please type the date you NEED the item by. We do our best to get your package to you in time!

SHIPPING TIMES & UPGRADES
These are the transit times for you to receive the order. Delivery times are based on class of service & location. If you need it faster, shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Please reach out within 48 hours of the delivery date.

We pack our shipments well. For damaged packages sent priority mail, we have insured its value, up to $100. You can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance, please let us know at the time of purchase.

*** When submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item, the box/packaging & you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required.

*** Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal.

Plantheology provides tracking numbers for all packages sent. Once we hand your item to the shipping carrier, we count on them to deliver your package.

We are not responsible for packages after they have been marked "Delivered." We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot control transit delays. Delivery dates are estimates and never guaranteed.

Plantheology cannot help with locating packages that are lost, stolen, or marked delivered.

You may contact the post office for help. They can offer coordinates on where the package was delivered. If the package was sent priority - you can file a claim with USPS. Depending on the outcome, a check will be sent directly to you. It is insured its value, up to $100.

ARRIVAL TIME: Orders can take SEVERAL weeks to arrive. Packages ship from San Francisco, California, USA.

TRACKING: Tracking is only offered for 55 countries at this time.

DELIVERIES:
Deliveries - Plantheology is not responsible for returned packages that could not be delivered, rejected, or not picked-up. We will issue a refund minus the ACTUAL shipping + 12% in fess. We bear some of the shipping cost on your original purchase. If you want it resent, you will pay the full value of shipping to send again.

** We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international orders, especially custom orders. Some countries have different consumer laws. Where applicable, we adhere to the minimum requirements allowed including return windows.

Apparel items are custom and made to order. They cannot be changed or altered after your order is placed or delivered. We do not offer returns or exchanges on apparel.

SIZING
A detailed size chart is available in all listings. Please read the sizing and measurements carefully before placing your order. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

PROCESSING
Certain apparel items have longer processing times. If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple packages.

CARE INSRTUCTIONS
Wash items inside-out in cold water. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not iron directly on the design. We recommend laying flat to dry to extend the life of clothing & apparel.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or alterations after your order ships. Please read our other FAQs to understand more.

// RETURNED PACKAGES //
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason, the customer is responsible for paying the full amount of shipping + 12% in fees for re-shipment.

If you do not want your package resent, we will issue a refund minus the ACTUAL shipping + 15% of the shipping cost to cover fees.

We bear some of the shipping cost on your original purchase that we cannot honor if packages are returned. We will offer proof of purchase & shipping amount when issuing your refund.

Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production & shipment.

The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you ordered, we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount.

// Scissors & Pruners //
Tools come pre-oiled to extend the life of the tools. Residual oil may be left on the packaging. The oil may catch debris and random particles. The tools are not defective or used. You can wipe them down or rinse off. Please thoroughly dry.

// Vegan Mats //
Due to the nature of the material & other factors (temperature fluctuations, how it's shipped, etc.) the material does shrink & expand. It can take on imprints from the hardware and develop waves and undulations on the sides. All this is normal. Minor imprints from the hardware lessen in normal temperature rooms. Keep away from high temperatures.
