If you have chosen STANDARD delivery at checkout, tracking is not included. You are welcome to upgrade to the Signed For service (UK) or International Tracked (International) at checkout for peace of mind. If you are in the UK and would like to upgrade further to the fully tracked service, please send me a message so we can set up an upgrade listing for you.

While we will always dispatch on or before the stated dispatch date, we cannot predict or control this once it’s in the hands of Royal Mail, nor can we be held responsible. We post second class as standard with the option to upgrade to further services at the checkout. Royal Mail do ask to allow up to 10 working days in case of delays and will not accept an item as lost until this time has passed, so please keep that in mind. No. Any frames or props used in photos are for visual reference only and not included. If you are in the UK, drop me a message and I'll point you in the direction of where I purchased my frame!

We will always ship to the address given on Etsy. Please make sure you double check this is correct and let us know of any changes to be made before we have posted the item if it is wrong as we are not responsible for any orders that do not arrive due to an incorrect address nor are we liable to send a new one in this instance.
