*For Face Masks, PLEASE refer to the sizing/measurements in each listings photos BEFORE purchasing if you’re concerned with size. Not all face shapes are the same. Face masks are designed on the average adult face measurement. Or message me for more info/Qs if you have a size request!!

Face masks are made of cotton with elastic ear loops. Be sure to wash masks upon receipt and appropriately after uses. Hand wash with soap or machine wash warm and air dry. Depending on fabric, machine drying can shrink the mask or elastic. Some masks can be ironed, if the fabric has a print or custom logo, do NOT iron over image.

Gift wrapping is available. Be sure to select it at the time of Check Out BEFORE submitting your order.

FYI I am handing off packages to our shipping carriers as safely and quickly as possible. Most will arrive on time, but some orders may be affected by nationwide shipping delays.

Custom made, personalized, and/or special request order are FINAL SALE. No returns or refunds allowed. If there is an issue with your item(s) due to a defect, you must contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order/package.

All custom, handmade, and personalized items marked as such are final sale. Items that are handmade can have imperfections but that’s the beauty of one-of-a kind items!

Photo proofs are NOT guaranteed with every order! If I have any questions about your photo or the quality of the photo provided, then I will reach out. Otherwise my best judgement will be made to ensure your order is completed and shipped within the given timeframe!

Per UPS/FedEx/USPS they are stating that the LAST day to ship to receive packages by Dec 25th is Dec 15th! So please plan ahead & get your orders in to allow proper processing times and shipping. As always, plan for delays in our shipping carriers, once I hand a package over to a carrier, it is out of my hands as to how fast the deliver to you!

If you upgraded your shipping method to Expedited (1-3 business day delivery), please know that the item(s) still require the normal amount of time for processing. Purchasing Expedited doesn’t mean your order will ship earlier than the estimated time. Expedited shipping is for the shipping method speed once an order ships.

If your order delivers “late” and it was in control of the USPS (or other shipping carrier), I am not able to accept returns as stated in my Shop Policies. I do wish there was a way to guarantee delivery times, but unfortunately it is out of our control.
