Gift wrapping and packaging
We are not able to offer gift packaging and will do our best to include any gift notes that are included with orders when able, but this is not a service we currently offer on certain items such as Canvas Prints, Mugs or Playing Cards
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of our business, we are not able to offer personalized text on our art or images and can only print our art as is on the product you select.
Wholesale availability
If you are interested in purchasing our products in bulk for personal use or resale, please send us a message with the details and we would be happy to help you out.
Restocking fees
All products are unique and printed on demand, because of this you may be charged a 20% restocking fee on your returned item(s) and you may only receive a partial refund. This policy applies to all items available for sale in our shop. If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know and we will replace or refund the item.
Order notes
If you have a question, please send us a message as quickly as possible and we will do our best to accommodate, but are unable to cancel an order once it is in production. Please do not leave order requests in the notes as we might miss them.
Exchanges
We are not able to exchange items, but will work with you on your refund options and help you place a new order.
If an item arrived to you damaged, send us a message with a photo of the issue and we will work with you on replacement options.
