UV Printing uses the latest technology in printing and inks where the inks are UV cured (dried under UV lights) as the item is printing. Producing a print that is water, scratch and fade resistant - they say it will last for 99 years but i'm reluctant to say that since none of us will be around to see if this is really true...

Yes, all of our wooden products are printed directly onto the wood surface, not transferred or mounted as many sellers offer. Printing directly onto the surface means that the inks actually penetrate the grain of the wood making them a beautiful long lasting gift.

Due to the nature of personalised gifts, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we do not allow refunds. If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase from us, we ask that you contact us via Etsy conversations and send us photos where appropriate. We will then work with you to find a happy solution, and reprint the item if needed.

We love custom design requests from our customers if it can be printed on paper we can print it on wood - Art, Quotes, Certificates, Maps, Poems, song Lyrics, Poems - the ideas are endless.... However during peak seasons such as Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Valentine's Day we are generally too busy to be able to allocate the time for these custom designs. If you have something specific in mind contact us and we will try our very best.

Each of our product ranges have different personalised options, some with just text, some with just a photo, some with text and photo and still others with multiple photos.....

For Text - Make sure that you include the personalisation EXACTLY as you want it printed - we copy and paste it from your order so it will read exactly as you enter it - so please double check spelling and punctuation.

For Photos - Once you purchase a product from us you will need to upload you photo via Etsy Conversation by clicking the "ask a question" button or "contact shop" button or "Request a custom order" button, on this listing or within the main shop page. Attach your photo to the message by clicking on "attach image" button. limit of 3 per convo.

Wherever possible we use sustainability sourced timber, most of our printing is done on Australian Pine, either plywood or solid timber blocks. We also use Australian made Fijian Cedar for our Frames and Australian Bamboo for name plaques, notebooks etc.

All our timbers are hand cut and sanded prior to printing to ensure the highest quality print.

Currently the largest print we can do is 50cm x 30cm due to equipment limitations, however we are looking into a printer that will do much larger prints for you.
