Please turn your apparel inside out, and wash in COLD water with like colors. For best results, we recommend LINE DRY. Iron your custom shirt INSIDE OUT only, and on a low setting. Please DO NOT iron directly on the design!

Using a cloth, spot wash with warm soapy water.

COFFEE MUGS:
Coffee mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.

NEED-BY DATES AND SELLER NOTES:

You must contact us BEFORE placing an order if your item is needed by a specific date.

Leaving a Seller Note requesting an item by a certain date WILL NOT guarantee you receive your item by that date. Orders are automatically sent to our Print Partner, and by the time we see this Seller Note your item(s) may already be in the processing stage with our Printer and can not be cancelled or refunded.

Messaging us after your order is placed (or days after your order is placed) and requesting a need-by date will not guarantee you receive your order by that date. Again, your order may already be in the processing stage with our Print Partner and can not be cancelled or refunded.

Should you have any issues with your item(s), we must be contacted within 2-weeks (14-days) of the delivery date of your order.

Our Print Partner will only issue replacements for defective items within this 14-day window.

No exchanges can be honored after this 2-week window.

We will happily offer exchanges, but we do not issue refunds.

PLEASE VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS...
Please review your Etsy Account to ensure all of your information is correct BEFORE placing your order. All orders will ship to the address on your Etsy account.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect mailing information, we will attempt to contact you ONE TIME. We are happy to resend your package to the revised mailing address, but the customer must pay additional postage to re-send their package.

We are not responsible for delayed, damaged or lost items in the mail. Once orders are dropped at the Post Office, they are officially the responsibility of the USPS, and are completely out of our hands.

TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:

1) Click "Your Account" in the upper right corner of your screen

2) Select "Purchases and Reviews"

3) View your receipt. View shipping details. Find your order with Golly What Apparel and you'll be able to see whether your order is pending, shipped, or when it is scheduled to ship.

4) This is most easily done on a desktop and NOT the mobile app.

We begin processing your order within 12 hours after it is received.

Contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order (size, color).

Changes can not be made to your order once the item is in processing. Please understand we will have to cancel the original order with our Print Partner and submit a new order with the requested changes.

Please note this also means your orders "processing time" will start over and will change the original delivery date of your order.

Please DO NOT put a need-by date in your Seller Note without speaking to us first. Your order will already be in the processing stage before we see this Seller Note.

Please message us BEFORE ordering to ensure we can meet your deadline. Sometimes we can not, and we will recommend you not place an order.

If you are ordering a personalized item, please include all information regarding that item in the Seller Note. All needed information can be found within that items Listing Description.

Orders begin processing with our Print Partner immediately, and can not be cancelled, sped-up, or refunded.

Unfortunately orders can not be "Rushed" and they do not offer Expedited Shipping on any items.

Production times vary for different items; shipping times will vary depending location.

The production time for each item can be found within the listing pictures. Please keep the production times and shipping times in mind when ordering.

Please note that "production time" is the time it takes to create your order and "shipping time" is the time it takes for the USPS to deliver your package once they have it in their possession.

Orders begin processing with our Print Partner immediately, and can not be cancelled, rushed, or refunded for any reason.

We can not cancel an order because you "placed an order accidentally." Please be certain your Shopping Cart only contains items from the Etsy shop you intend to purchase. Moving items into "Save for Later" will ensure no item is accidentally purchased.

We can not cancel an order because you realized it "won't be received in time." All processing & shipping times are posted within each item listing. An estimated delivery date will show under each Item Description & this info can be seen before a purchase is made.

We can not cancel an order because you "changed your mind." Please be aware of what you are ordering

Should you have issues with your item(s) please contact us immediately and extend us the courtesy to address any problems before leaving a negative review. We will always correct an order if the fault is ours, or if the print on an item does not meet our standards.

We will ask for pictures of the item in question, and if we feel the item has been processed with inferior print/defect, we will replace the item for you immediately.

If we deem the item has been properly printed, we will exchange the item and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item to us. New item will not be shipped until we have confirmation the original item is in route.

We will happily exchange any item, but no refunds will be given.
