CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please note these proper care instructions
*Don't take shower, swim or hot tub with your jewelry on
*Chlorine and chemicals in shampoos, soaps are hard on jewelry
*Avoid hairsprays, perfumes, lotions or other chemicals such as sunscreen
*After cleaning and drying jewelry with a soft cloth or polishing cloth, store in airtight container or ziploc bag.
*Toss anti-tarnish strips in with your jewelry to absorb moisture and prevent tarnish
*Gold spoon products are not intended for children ages 12 or under and some small parts or components could be/are a choking hazard.
GIFT WRAPPING AND PACKING
*All items are packed in an elegant jewelry box and ready to give as a gift.
If you would like us to send the jewelry directly to the recipient, all you need to do is to put down the recipient’s address as the shipping address (instead of your own address).
*If you want to include a note, No problem! On the check out page, click the box that says "This order is a gift" and then "Add gift message for free", then type your message in the box. We will include your note with the package - free of charge.
*I normally put all jewelry in one box (complimentary) unless customers ask to put jewelry in separated boxes. However, if you need more than one box, you will need to pay $2 per box.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
We hold the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, as such we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
**There will be $2 per item for re-stocking fee.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept exchange for other sizes.
Customers need to return the jewelry in their original condition at own expenses.
There will be $5 for re-shipping fee.
RETURNED MAIL
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed upon returning to our shipping carriers.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send any replacement packages or offer a refund if the package was returned for the following reasons:
1. The address provided by you was not correct.
2. The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
