Welcome to NAMO - a small studio of lovely natural wool blankets

We are a small studio offering you warm, cosy and beautiful natural sheep wool, merino wool and cashmere blankets. The word NAMO [na'mɔ:] means "to go HOME" in Lithuanian. We named our small studio NAMO because we truly believe that when you have a cozy and beautifully decorated home, you will always be tempted to go back home and spend relaxing quality time there under your new warm soft NAMO wool blanket.

By having an assortment of classic tartan patterns, Scandinavian feel herringbone and chevron weaves or just solid color wool blankets we hope that anyone can find a throw that would suit their lovely home and make it more special.

Our STANDARD shipping is with the LOCAL POST SERVICES (final delivery with the USPS in the US, the Royal Mail in the UK, La Poste in France etc.). Please note that delivery closer to Christmas with the standard post services may be delayed.

For faster deliveries we also offer DHL ECONOMY (Europe ONLY) and DHL EXPRESS (worldwide) as an upgrade at the checkout.

☛☛☛ DHL ECONOMY ☚☚☚ takes 2-7 business days within Europe and delivery is by road.

☛☛☛ DHL EXPRESS ☚☚☚ takes 1-2 business days within Europe and 3-8 business days worldwide (e.g. US, Australia, Canada etc.) and is by air.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Upgrades of shipping (DHL Economy, DHL Express, postal services to the US, Japan, Canada, Australia, etc) are non refundable.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The blanket should arrive in its original condition. Once we receive the blanket and if it is not damaged, we will issue a full refund.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

We post orders from Lithuania (European Union). International orders are subject to the receiving country's thresholds on import fees, custom duties, taxes and/or brokarage fees. Please note that we are not responsible for these charges that you may incur upon accepting the package. Due to complex and constantly changing nature of international import laws we will not be able to provide you an accurate advice. If you have doubts on what are these thresholds, please get in touch with your local customs department.

COLOUR ACCURACY

Due to differences in monitor and mobile screens, colours of products may also appear different in reality to those displayed in our shop. We use an uniform studio lighting to reflect daylight conditions for all our products. Please make sure night mode is turned off on your device's display because it enables a slightly yellow tint affecting the pictures.
