My dispatch lead time varies between 3-10 working days depending of the season. This represents the time I need to create and complete the order. All hand painted glass items are made to order and painted by hand.
The paint is waterproof but not dishwasher safe so please hand wash it only.

Candleholders:
All candle holders are made of 100% glass.
They are heat resistant and can be used with artificial tealight or wax tealight.
Please place the tealight in the centre of the candle to ensure flames do not get close to the edge of the glass as it will scorcher the paintwork and/ or shatter the glass.

As standard, all UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with the option to upgrade at the checkout for Royal Mail Tracked 24 ( may take longer during busy seasons).
International orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Express delivery which normally takes 3- 5 working days ( longer during busy seasons). An option to upgrade to DHL Express ( 2-3 working days) is available at the checkout.

All orders can be returned in line with the Consumer Rights Regulations ( UK).
Please inform me no later than 14 days after the order was received and please arrange to return your order within 14 days.
All orders needs to be returned in the original state.
No refunds can be made on orders returned damaged.
Postage is non refundable.
