All items are Made-to-Order and handcrafted with care. This takes a time to ensure items are up to our standards and quality. The turnaround time for your item is reflected in your order confirmation email, however delays may happen and updates will be posted.

If you choose not to upgrade to priority shipping, first class is not insured. Once we take your item to the post office or shipping carrier, it is out of our hands. From that point forward you need to deal strictly with the shipping carrier.

Please provide photos of the damages and damaged packaging within 3 days of receiving along with a message via your Etsy order page for a resolution.


We do not accept returns or refunds.

Please check your shipping address on your order BEFORE purchase to be sure that you get your items at the correct address.
** If you need to change your address AFTER you purchase, you must buy the Change of address listing and ensure your address has been corrected. This generates a correct shipping label for your item.

If an item is returned to me because the address is not correct you will need to pay shipping a second time to get your items. PLEASE BE SURE YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If for some reason the package is sent back, wrong address, etc, you have to re-pay the shipping costs to re-ship it to you.
