Both the pinstripes and the vinyl lettering from the manufacturer. People often think it's black. Unfortunately, there is not a lighter version of Navy Blue. If you want something that reads as blue, then you should select Royal Blue Lettering, however this style doesn't come with Royal Blue pinstripes.
