She is very rude. I didn't get what I asked for I needed this for my wedding and I wasted my money because I asked for a bright yellow dress and didn't get that. I asked for a refund she claimed she couldn't give me that so now I have to look for a different dress so I can walk down the aisle in. She went back and forth with me instead of tryin fix the problem my way. She was right and not me so what ever I asked for or said was wrong. That's not how it works when I'm the one wearing the dress. Then she wouldn't take pictures of the dress so I can see it because she don't have plus size mannequins. She didn't let me see the process. She also made my fiance suit and he jacket was to small an his pants were to big. All I can say is don't EVER BUY FROM HER YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED.

I take responsibility of my actions when I am at fault. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes and reviews make us do better but not ones left to tear and bring down. The issue here is that the style she chose and alterations she requested for didn't give her the exact look as the on the model dress. The on the model dress was for a medium person not that of a plus size. She told me to use lace for the upper part/half of the dress and satin for the lower part. She also told me to add sleeves which I did. For the boyfriend, she sent in wrong measurement which I saw and requested for correction but she insisted I should use it that it's the correct measurement. Well I gave you what you requested for, I refund when I am at fault not when a customer is at fault like you.
