Frequently asked questions

DISCLAIMERS - MUST READ!!!

LED BULBS ONLY!! Only LED bulbs should used in the lamp/shade (9 Watts Max). Any other bulbs that create excessive heat could damage the product, cause bodily injury, fire or death. Electrical shock hazard could cause shock, burn or death. Keep out of reach of children.

What are the small marks on the lamp shades? Is it normal?

Those are seam marks from 3D printing. It's normal 3D printing process. It's where the print nozzle starts and ends on each layer of print. It's similar to a fabric lamp shade, there's a front and back portion to the shade with seam line on the back portion. The software tries to line up the marking and position it within a crease or on the edge.
The 3D printing process is lot like making a ceramic pottery. Each printed part is unique and has its character. It's not meant to mimic injection molded plastic products you find in the big retailers. Our lamps are made in small batch, made to order.

Anything I should know about returning the lamp?

Returns will be charged a $10 restocking fee per item. This applies to Aspen, Abby, Maru, Mico, Mooshie, and Mishi Lamps. Returns not accepted for the Chloe lamp because it's a customized order.
