In the event of damage during shipment or loss of shipment by the postal carrier (where package tracking not confirmed as delivered), we will either issue a replacement item or a refund if a replacement is unavailable. Items must have not been delivered within 45 days after item has shipped to be eligible for replacement due to the extreme USPS shipping delays we are currently experiencing. Due to the personal nature of our items, we cannot offer any returns or replacements for used products.

Please note that if the package is not delivered because of customer inputted address being incorrect, we will not reship until the package is returned to us and the customer is responsible for paying the new shipping charges.

It takes 2-3 coats on average for opaqueness.

Nail Polishes are always available in our standard 15 ml size bottle. At times, we will also offer limited 4 ml size sample Mini Bottles for purchase. Please be sure to order the correct size by reading the description.

We do offer items for wholesale purchase, please send us a message for our line sheet and minimum order quantity.

Orders are shipped in 3-5 business days. This wait time is approximate time it takes to package your order and give to the shipping carrier. It does not include the shipping transit time, which may vary due to the shipping carrier. We use USPS.

Please make sure your address is correct on your receipt. We are not responsible for lost or mis-delivered packages due to customer inputting an incorrect address. Customer will have to purchase shipping for returned items to be reshipped.

We do not offer order cancellations or refunds after purchase, so please be certain you are ready to order. We cannot accept returns for health reasons as these are personal products and cannot be resold.

Please retain all packaging and any damaged items in the event of damaged packages. Images will be required in order for a replacement to be sent. We cannot process any claims without this information.
