Shipping time:
US customers:
All mails will be shipped by USPS (with tracking). Delivery takes about a week.
Canadian customers:
Delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on location.
Refunds & Exchanges:
Due to the nature of the product (handmade and printed permanently), we do not accept refunds / exchange unless the product is defective. Should there be any defects suspected due to conditions during delivery, do help us out by providing us a photo of it so that we can improve.
Rest assured, I will do my best to check items condition before shipping.

Do you provide proofs?
We provide proof upon request. Proof will be sent to the Etsy inbox. ErynsHomeAndGifts has the right to proceed with processing should we not hear back from customers within 24 hours after proof is sent. No proofs are provided for rush orders that is required before the original shipping due date.
We do not charge for proofs so, unless its a typo, only ONE time edit is allowed after original proof is provided to customers.
Returned packages / Delivered did not receive
There is a reshipment/handling fee to have the item shipped out again.

All ornaments are custom made and ready for gifting. They are fragile items that require careful handling.

Processing time is 1-3 business days (not including weekends/stats hols)
Shipping time *All postal services/couriers will experience some form of delay during holiday season. We as seller will not be held responsible for items arriving later than expected. It is entirely up to customer to see if you are comfortable with the timeline.

Do you accept returns?
These are personalized items and made to order. We do not accept returns / exchanges. If a defect is suspected (our error or handling issue), please send us a photo of the defect.
There is a typo on my item!
Calm down. Please send us a message and photo as soon as you can. If it's our error, we will make a new one for immediate ship out.
Item has SHIPPED! Can I cancel or change my address?
We process items within 1-3 business days, therefore cancellation is only allowed within 6 hours of purchase. If the order has shipped, NO CANCELLATION OR CHANGES can be done.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items are gift-wrapped and ready for gifting. For gift boxes, the card will be printed as the main image of the listing. Any personalized note will be at the back of the card. You can leave us the note in the personalization box OR in the gift message option prior to checkout.
Insert card and gift message for gift boxes
All our gift boxes come with an insert card as pictured in the main image. If you have a gift message, we will include it at the back of the insert card. This card is placed right on top of the items in the box (so, it's not attached to the box). If you need the main message customized, please contact us.
