I offer a range of postage options, so please check what you have chosen, Standard postage is Royal Mail second class, but there are also options to upgrade to first class, first class signed for, or Special Delivery.

If you have selected second class it is around 3-4 working days and first class is about 1-3 working days. These are not tracked services, the number you receive in your dispatch email is your proof of postage. If you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is a fully tracked service and is guaranteed next working day delivery after dispatch. Please note, the postage timeframes are in addition to the time it takes to create your preview.

You can send a dropped pin instead. Here's how:

Computer/Laptop:
1. Open Google Maps
2. Locate your house
3. Right click the mouse over your house
4. The top option in the set of choices that appears will be a set of coordinates - click these and it will copy them you clipboard
5. Paste these into the search google maps bar on the left and press enter
6. Copy and paste the URL from your search bar into a message to me

Phone:
1. Open the Google Maps app
2. Locate your house
3. Press and hold your finger on your house - it will now say 'dropped pin' at the bottom of your screen
4. Press the share bottom that is an option at the bottom of screen (you may need to scroll right to see this)
5. Select copy
6. Paste it into a message to me

Fast track orders must be agreed in advance of placing your order. If I can squeeze you in quicker I will do, but during busy times this is often not possible. You will have the option to upgrade your postage when you receive the proof.

Please use Etsy message to contact me. I work two jobs and run the shop independently so it can take at least 48 hours for me to respond to messages at busy times like Christmas. I will always get back to you though so please do not worry if you don't hear back immediately.

I'm afraid I am unable to offer framing, but my favourite shops for frames are Next, John Lewis and IKEA.

Cancellations on personalised items will only be accepted before the preview is designed. This is because part of what you are paying for is my design time.
