The jacket is heavy, not thin and cheap. Looks very well made. The fit could be better for a custom order…sleeves are too long and got extra room in the torso, but it’s a beautiful jacket. Great communication with the seller.

This reproduction naval uniform exceeded my expectations expecttations, being made from will rather than cotton, and fitting well from the off the peg size chart. The buttons look good, although a purist might want to change them to some RN pattern. However this is a minor point given the bargain price of the coat. The only thing to flag up for the supplier is that it's a midshipman uniform rather than a lieutenant's; although those who care most likely know this, and those who don't probably won't be worried. All in all a very good buy.
