Important Delivery Update
Due to the recent and upcoming strike action by Royal Mail workers and the announcement that the last posting date for Christmas delivery has been changed to 16th December, we wanted to make clear our plan of action for this period.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) will still be available on our site up to the 16th & we will continue to process your order by Royal Mail if this option is chosen as we will assume that you are aware of these delays and accepted them. As you can understand we make everything to order and therefore we are unable to refund for products arriving late or past the ESTIMATED date where upgraded delivery has not been selected.
We strongly recommend choosing one of the delivery upgrades when placing your order to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. Due to the extremely high volume of orders at the moment, Courier Delivery just means that the order will be dispatched by a Courier service such as EVRI or YODEL but this does not mean that the order will be dispatched same-day.
For orders placed by customers in Northern Ireland the Scottish Highlands and Islands, we unfortunately do not have a cost-effective alternative to Royalmail. Therefore ALL deliveries to these areas are likely to be well PAST the Estimated dates.
Sadly the Royalmail action is now affecting all the courier companies as they are now taking a lot more parcels so there are currently delays in some areas of the country on with couriers.
Me and my team are working around the clock 7 days a week to get through orders and everything dispatched as fast as possible - I really appreciate your understanding and patience as we, like many thousands of small businesses navigate through this challenging period.
We kindly ask that you review us and every business that you are currently dealing with based on the product and speed of dispatch as the delivery times are dealt with via 3rd parties are not in our control and negative feedback left for us and other businesses due to postage delays is not a fair reflection of the service received.
