Frequently asked questions

How do I store the treats?

These treats contain ZERO PRESERVATIVES therefore you must keep them in an airtight container. They have the longest shelf life in the fridge, however, if you don't plan on feeding them to your pup for awhile, they can last up to 6 months in the freezer.

If you do not keep them in an airtight container, they will mold.

What's the little white packet in the treat bag?

That is a silica packet and is not harmful to the treats, however, make sure your dog does not eat the packet. The packet's job is to absorb all excess moisture to help prevent molding.

These packets are reusable! If you look at the packet and the little balls are green, that means it has absorbed moisture. Simply put the packet in the oven at 150-200 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes to 1.5 hours until the green balls turn orange.
