Frequently asked questions
1. How long does it take to finish the order?
Neon Signs: Generally need 3-6 working days after drawing confirmed. Please tell me if you have estimate delivery date.
Wedding flowers: 5-7 days after purchase date.
2. How long for shipping?
Neon Signs: 5-14 working days by UPS/SF express/Fedex. (Due to COVID-19, shipping sometimes delay a few days)
Wedding Flowers: 20-30 days for regular order, contact me if you need EXPRESS shipping.
3. Do you accept return or cancellation after order?
Due to custom nature, we DON NOT accept return or refund after payment. We will send replacement in soonest time if any damages incur during transit.
4.Do you support special custom orders?
Feel free to contact me for any request like need a message gift card, need more screws or any other request.
5.Do I need to pay the tax?
Etsy automatically collects and remits applicable taxes at checkout when required by law.
In cases shipped to EU, please be aware that there may be additional duties and taxes that may apply. This will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay, unless otherwise stated.
6.How is the price calcuated?
Neon Signs: Final Price depends on the total length of the LED strip used for your neon sign. So the size and the fonts matter.
7.I do not have PayPal. Can I pay with my card?
Yes, you can pay with your card. You just need to choose the option to pay as a guest account to PayPal and insert your card details.
