Please note I am producing orders on a first come/first serve basis, so please order as soon as possible to reserve your place in line. Only the best available goes into your order. I am not a high-volume, low-quality shop. What I do is build one piece at a time, putting my best effort into each order.
Please remember the following when receiving large items shipped via Freight:
1. Inspect your order carefully for accuracy and any damage before signing the delivery receipt. In case of damage during transit, please make a note of it on the delivery receipt.
2. In the event that the delivery driver refuses to allow you to inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt, please make a note on the delivery receipt saying "driver denied inspection of the item". Additionally, feel free to contact me directly at 714-262-5451 through messaging, texting, or calling if you encounter any issues during the delivery process.
*As of 05/22 sleepers (sofa beds) will no longer be available for purchase due to Etsy guidelines prohibiting the sale of mattresses and furniture designed for mattresses. Please contact me if you would like further information. ***

5 out of 5 starsI sent Edgar pictures of my couch, talked about fabric, style and size of a new banquet. He nailed it! Everything! The fabric is high quality fabric, he followed everything I asked for. Right down to I told him the nook in which the banquet was being slid into was 110 inches, the furniture is exactly 109 inches, fits into nook perfectly. I highly recommend working with Edgar for furniture. Thank you Edgar!!

Edgar is not just a skilled craftsman but also a fantastic communicator. He really took the time to understand my vision and offered great suggestions to make the booth of my dreams. Above and beyond doesn't begin to cover his service and ensuring the booth fit properly in my space. The final banquette is not only exquisitely crafted but also incredibly comfortable. Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take?
Order and delivery times vary by product order. Please allow approximately (4-8) weeks from the date of the order for upholstered sofas, chairs, and loveseats to be shipped from my warehouse. Shipping times vary depending on your geographical location from my Southern California warehouse but generally range from 5 to 7 business days.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Larger boxed items are shipped via Scheduled Freight Delivery and arrive within 7-10 business days from the time the order leaves the shop. Deliveries are made to curbside only.
You will receive a call two days before your scheduled delivery date to schedule a delivery appointment. You will have to unload your order from the truck and move it into your home. Please make sure neighbors, family and/or friends are there to assist you if needed.
Small furniture and decor items are shipped via Standard Delivery and arrive at your door in 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
I received my furniture but is too big to get inside my...?
It's the customer's responsibility to make sure they have enough room to get the furniture inside the location. Before placing an order we strongly advise customers to check the size of doors, elevators, hallways, etc. to verify that they're big enough to fit furniture through. No returns or cancellations will be accepted nor refunds given. In special cases a manager might authorize a return; in such a case customer will be responsible for all shipping charges including charges to get furniture shipped back to us plus a 30% restocking fee.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
It is your responsibility to inspect your order when it arrives to make sure that it is what you ordered and that the item(s) are undamaged. In unusual circumstances, a product may arrive suffering damage from the shipping process. Please note that you must acknowledge any problems relating to your order immediately upon delivery or pick up by noting it on the Bill of Lading and refusing delivery of the defective item by the carrier. Wicked Elements will not be held responsible for any order issues not originally reported on the Bill of Lading and or at the time of pick up.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Due to the rapid manufacturing time, order changes must be made within a 24 hours time frame from when the order was placed. Cancellations will only be accepted up until 24 hours after you place your order.
Do you have a retail location?
Yes, but I do prefer that you schedule an appointment to make sure I am available to assist you. (limited items only)
