Delivery
All items are lovingly hand packed and shipped within 2-7 business days from receiving your payment.
The orders are posted to the shipping address stated in Your Etsy profile, so please make sure that it is correct!
Or please let me know in case another address should be used.
We ship via Latvian Post, using international registered mail which includes tracking + signature upon delivery. If You are not at home when the carrier comes to deliver Your parcel, the carrier will leave a notice and return the item to the Post Office. So, please, check the notice for instructions or call to your local post office.
Shipping time according to Latvian Post Service is the following:
- EU: up to 1-2 weeks;
- US: up to 2-4 weeks (usually the shipping lasts about 2 weeks, but it can still be to up for 4 weeks, especially at winter time);
- Everywhere else: up to 2-6 weeks.
There are times when international orders can take longer to arrive due to customs & import duties. These delays are beyond my control.
