Which ring sizes do you offer?
We offer our rings in ring sizes 3.5-9.5 US for women and 6-12.5 US for men for no extra charge.
For different ring sizes please contact us.
Don't know your finger size? please contact us and we'll send you a free sizer kit.
Can I make an order for a custom ring?
Absolutely, and we'll do our best to assist you in designing the ring of your dreams!
First, we'll create a sketch of the piece of your choice, and then we'll turn it into a 3D mock-up.
Once we receive your confirmation, we'll begin working on your unique custom piece and deliver it as soon as it's ready!
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. In an effort to make purchasing your brand new Camellia ring as easy as possible we offer "Camellia's Plan".
Camellia's Plan will divide your purchase into 3 equal payments through PayPal, interest-free.
Once the item is paid in full we will begin working on production.

Do you offer a warranty on your rings?
Yes. We offer 180 days warranty for every piece of jewelry in our shop.
With that being said, we'll still try our best to help you even if the warranty has expired.
Please note that maintenance, repair, sizing or any other services performed by someone other than us will void your warranty.
What's your return policy?
We have a 30 days return policy for customers who aren't satisfied with their purchase, at which point they'll be able to choose between a return or an exchange.
1. In case of a return we charge 15% of the total price to cover the shipping, handling and production expenses.
2. In case of an exchange we will not charge 15% for shipping, handling and production fees.
3. In case the product came to you defective or damaged we will not charge the 15% shipping, handling and production fees. In such a case, you will get a full refund as soon as the product is returned to us.
*We can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How long before I get my ring?
We need 7-10 business days to produce most of our rings and make them ready for shipping, all of our rings are handmade to order.
Custom orders, special two-tone gold rings or changes require more time for handling. For these items the handling time is 21-28 business days.
If you need the ring sooner, please contact us regarding making a rush order BEFORE making your purchase.
The shipping is very fast and fully insured. We ship with BRINKS via FedEx which makes the shipment very secure. The delivery time usually takes 1-3 business days to the US and about 3-4 days to the rest of the world.
Do you sell real diamonds and gemstones?
Yes, we do.
All of the diamonds we use are diamonds we've purchased at the Israeli Diamond Exchange from the most trusted and certified suppliers. We only work with high quality and certified diamonds and all of them are 100% legally imported, conflict free and labor friendly in strict accordance with the Kimberley Process.
Additionally, all of our rings can be made with a moissanite stone or a gemstone. Please contact us to get a quote for nearly any gemstone.
Will there be customs fees for countries other than the US?
Generally speaking, there are customs fees that need to be paid for jewelry that's shipped to countries other than the US.
The responsibility for customs and taxes is on the buyer, so it's important that you're aware of the fees that you'll need to pay, which is something that we have no control over.
You can get more information about your country's fees by calling your nearest FedEx facility.
Do you provide an appraisal/certificate of authenticity with every ring?
Yes. We provide our in-house professional appraisal/certificate of authenticity with every piece of jewelry we sell.
This report includes a full description of the piece (stating the quality of the materials, grades etc.) including its picture and the retail replacement value for the insurance company.
The appraisal will be sent to you inside the package.
What guarantee can you provide? I'm concerned about shopping online.
We absolutely understand your concerns regarding making a purchase online, especially when it's something as fragile and special as an engagement ring.
Which is why we offer a 30 days return policy for any dissatisfied customers, as well as a 180 days warranty on each piece of jewelry in our shop.
