Do I need to use a conductive gel with the RF device?

Which RF setting should I start on?

If you're new to radio frequency, start on the lowest energy setting to get used to the sensation and then gradually increase. These energy levels are based on how quickly the skin sense technology heats up your skin to the optimal collagen-producing temperature. Level 3 is the highest and Level 1 is the lowest.

What happens if I don't feel heat from the RF device?

Effective with efforts
The product gives result with continuous use, face presents more 3D which makes me happy and drive me to continuous using the product. However I do experience some drawback when using on forehead cuz I am very bony and the device cannot reach the target temperature. Therefore I could only do areas which is more flat, better to hv some advice on how to use on the forehead.

Early days, but I genuinely feel there is already a visible improvement in my skin.
After 2 months of use, my skin is starting to look and feel plumper and tighter.
This device is very simple to use, but would be greatly improved by an audible alert to indicate timing and switching to another part of the face. Otherwise, a mirror is essential, so you can watch for the amber alert light.
It’s a pleasant and relaxing treatment experience as the device warms the skin, which is comfortable in the winter months.
I use it once per week, on a Sunday and it takes an hour to move around the full face, as per the instructions. I have one eye on the mirror and one eye on my iPad, for entertainment.

When I first received product it did not correlate with advert ie I thought it was cordless - it is not. I found it hard to reach the Level 3 temp no matter how diligently I followed the directions (I even sent an email with my concerns - I felt the response was a little condescending as I had already tried all the obvious fixes before reporting) but I persevered as I have purchased other Current Body products with no issues which I still use. I'm just a little underwhelmed by the product as I had high expectations. It is difficult to maintain heat & a little uncomfortable to use on my forehead. Heat is marginally easier to obtain & hold on 'fleshier' parts of the face but I'm sadly not convinced this is the best LED product on
the market.
