We loved the location. We loved the cottage and the setting was ideal. We enjoyed that the property was a working farm. The hammocks and Adirondack chairs were a nice touch.  The availability of the fire pits was great.

Jason and Casey purchased Mayhurst in February 2020 an and continue the tradition of fine Southern Hospitality that is a signature of Mayhurst. They are also continuing the restoration started by the previous owners. They have brought fresh viewpoints, new ideas and unbundled energy to this wonderful estate. They also brought the friendliest goats you will ever meet. Come enjoy Mayhurst with them.

Mayhurst Inn is a luxurious Virginia Bed and Breakfast located in Orange, VA. The stunning 158 year old 9200 sq. ft. Plantation Manor House and our eight unique guest rooms and suites will enchant you and provide the ideal back drop for a perfect getaway or vacation. Situated on 37 acres of the rolling Virginia Piedmont, surrounded by manicured lawns, multiple gardens, old growth trees and fields, you will be transported away from today's day-to-day stress to a time and place where relaxation was a way of life.
