However, if you are a hot sleeper, you may prefer to use our summer-friendly Cooling Weighted Blanket or our all-seasons Therapeutic Weighted Blanket.

Is the Weighted Blanket suitable for people with respiratory issues or sleep apnea?

Due to the heaviness of the blanket, it is not recommended for use by individuals with breathing issues or those who have sleep apnea.
