In case you wish an address change, please send us a message as soon as possible so we can look for a solution together.

Please note that we cannot change your order once it is placed. We could only cancel your order - as long as it has not yet been shipped out - which will give you a full refund in 3 - 5 business days. However, please note that this a cancellation is rarely possible, since we ship twice a day, from Monday to Sunday. Please reach out to us via our contact form so we can check a cancellation for you.

All of our kits include the necessary equipment to create your own type of drink. The alcohol base you have to buy yourself, these are our recommendations:


- WHISKEY: use an unaged whiskey as a base, like a white whiskey, a white dog, or a moonshine.
- GIN: if you want to create your own gin from scratch, use a regular vodka. If you rather start with an existing gin basis, start with your favorite gin.
- TEQUILA: use an unaged tequila as a basis, found in the shop as tequila 'blanco' or 'silver' and which is most usually colorless.
- RUM: use a white, unaged rum.
- VODKA: use your favorite vodka, as simple as that!

Please be aware that the 'Leave a note' section which Etsy offers you when performing your check out is NOT a gift not that we include with your kit.

We do not offer personalized gift notes (nor wrapping) with our kits. The boxes are packed with a colourful sleeve around it. If you want to surprise someone and add a message for the receiver, we would advise you to send you a card separately via a postal service.

Don't worry, we got you. Please send us a message and we will see if it is an active discount code, so we can refund it to you.

If you order to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico or an Armed Forces base, please note that the shipping might take up to 16 days.

For all other US states, we aim to deliver within 3 - 5 business days. Please note that during peak periods when our volumes are higher it might take a little bit longer, for which we hope for your understanding.

If you were not at home to receive your package at the moment of delivery, or your tracking link says it is delivered without you having received it, we kindly ask you to check in and around your house, with your neighbor's house or at a nearby post office. If you still cannot find your package, please send us a message so we can help you with a solution.

We’re very sorry if this happened to you! Please send us a message including your order number and pictures of the damaged / incomplete / defective goods so that we can forward it to our internal quality management. Subsequently we will arrange a replacement for you.

You can make use of your right of withdrawal. Please send us a message so we can guide you through the steps to take for returning your order.

Please note that we do not bear the shipping costs for returns. This in consideration with the environment. Also make sure that you send your return back to us with a tracking number. This way we can also track your return and it is guaranteed that it will arrive back at our warehouse.
