90-100-110 cm ring (22 mm thick)
you can do as much as you want
30cm ring on head
- 5 mm needle braided cord
about 1100 meters
or 17 kg of rope
- 30 pieces of 22 mm wooden beads
- Tape measure.
- Scissors.
