We love packaging up your orders with care and love! Items are shipped via USPS First Class Package or Priority service and come with tracking numbers. Orders are shipped from our Colorado studio and historically have usually taken only a few days to arrive at destinations within the continental US. Please be aware, though, that shipping times have been longer during this season as online ordering has increased and the USPS is experiencing significant delays due to internal changes. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering time sensitive items. If you have any shipping concerns or questions, including expedited shipping for time sensitive orders, or to request an alternate shipping method, please contact us through Etsy convos.

For international orders, the buyer is responsible for custom fees and taxes. Import duties, VAT taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Advalara Sales Tax software will calculate your VAT fees for free: http://salestax.avalara.com - add your location and the program will insert the current percent of VAT for your location.

All illustrations featured on Whimsicals Paperie products are hand drawn by me! I create my images with colored pencils, watercolors and pens, then digitize them for the design work and printing.

All quotations used on or in Whimsicals Paperie products are taken from the public domain to adhere to US copyright laws.

At this time, I do not accept fully custom projects. I do, however, LOVE suggestions and requests! If there is a certain product or illustration that you would like to see, let me know. Many of my designs have come out of customer requests, and I love hearing what customers are looking for.

Also, even though I do not accept fully custom projects, many of my products can be personalized or changed in small ways to fit your needs. Please convo me for any questions regarding personalization or minor changes on an existing product.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of the order date unless otherwise noted. As all items are handmade, large orders of 10+ items may need additional processing time to be created. If this is the case, you will be notified with your updated processing times. If you have any questions about processing/creation times of an order (large or small), please contact me, and we can work together to get you your order in the timeframe that you need it!
