We try to ship out our items with 1 - 5 days of receiving the order (some are ready to ship, some require a bit more time). After this, shipping times range anywhere between 3 - 8 days depending on location/time/etc. We know you want your products fast, but please allow at least two week after shipment to contact us for missing packages, as this gives some time for the package to get to you! You can follow your packages tracking through Etsy.com or USPS.

Yes! Depending on the amount of work required, these may be free of charge or we will set up a "custom order" listing for you. Feel free to message us your ideas and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours!

Although I would LOVE this to be my full time job, I am an engineer by trade and this is a hobby. That being said, we of course value our customers and will respond within 24 hours, but please be patient! We are only a shop of 2 and try our best to get to everyone's questions!

Once your item has shipped you should received a tracking number. Please note some orders may be shipped in multiple packages (for example phone cases are made by a 3rd party so will not ship out with potholders). Please allow 1-2 days for tracking to be updated - this is up to local USPS not our shop!

Our items come from a number of different locations, some directly from our shop and others through a 3rd party distributor (like phone cases). Tracking can be given for other packages upon request if you do not see them directly on Etsy.

Unfortunately if the size you are looking for is not in the dropdown selection, our supplier currently does not carry it. We are always actively looking for more suppliers however, so let us know if there is a specific size/design you would like to see in the future!

We try to sell our patterns as a matching set - this is for us to maintain an even number of inventory. We also often pre-package a number of our items so they can ship to you faster, so unfortunately we do not mix and match. We do encourage you to buy multiple sets if you like more than one pattern (who can have too many potholders right?!)
