You may obtain warranty service by contacting the Bira Craft and Stationary customer support department for return authorization. Products sent to Bira Craft and Stationary facilities for repair without authorization will be returned to you at your expense.

Bira Craft and Stationary will cover any defects covered under warranty at no charge within approximately 7 - 10 business days. The original warranty on your product remains – it does not restart from the repair date.

For the international customers, please keep in mind you are responsible for all customs duty fees and import taxes. Please check your country's laws to determine how much, if any fees you may face upon receipt of your order. Neither our company or Etsy can determine these fees at the time you place your order.
