How soon will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of receipt of order.
For Canada And USA - We will send you a message with your order tracking information once the order is ready for shipping. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
For International Orders - The shipping time for a tracked package from Canada to an International destination takes some extra time. Please allow for between 10 and 21 business days for your item to arrive. Sorry for any inconvenience in the long wait time.
Delivery dates can vary and depend on many factors, such as shipping delays that are outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery dates.
Orders that have been engraved will be shipped and cannot be canceled.
Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?
Within Canada you will only have to pay the GST or HST according to the province you reside in.
For international orders (outside of Canada) you will be liable for all import duties and customs fees. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We do not charge taxes on international orders.
Please be aware that Steven G Designs Ltd. does not have any control for any duties and custom fees levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to your order, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
What is your Warranty Policy?
We offer our exclusive Steven G Warranty Policy that stands behind everything we produce and sell!
We offer a full 1 year from date of delivery manufacturer warranty for all our tungsten carbide and ceramic rings. If anything should happen to your ring within 1 year during normal wear, we will replace it free of charge, minus a $10 CND shipping charge.
We offer a full 30 days from date of delivery manufacturer’s warranty on all our stainless steel jewelry. If anything should happen to your stainless steel jewelry during normal wear within 30 days, we will replace it free of charge, minus a $10 CND shipping charge.
These warranties do not cover regular wear and tear, scratches, plating removal or damage from dropping or use of the item.
What is your Returns and Exchanges Policy?
We will gladly offer returns and exchanges. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 21 days of delivery. However, items that show wear and tear or have been engraved cannot be returned or exchanged.
Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item back to us along with a $10 CND restocking fee. We highly recommend sending items back to us with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost returns.

How do I find out my finger ring size?
We do exchange rings that do not fit; however, it is the buyer's responsibility to be properly sized and ultimately the buyer's decision as to which size to order. We suggest getting your finger measured by your local jeweler or purchasing a finger ring sizer from an online company.

We suggest not using the paper or string method to measure a finger ring size. These methods are rarely accurate.
We use standard North American (US/CA) ring sizing. If you are outside of North America you can find a ring size conversion chart on many websites.

What is 'IP Plating'/ 'Rhodium Plating' and 'Comfort Fit'?
'IP Plating' stands for Ion Plating. This is a new type of plating method that has a very strong bonding strength and has been tested to be 5 to 8 times more durable than conventional jewelry plating. The main plating colors we use are black, rose gold and yellow gold. Ion Plating is the perfect plating option for daily wear jewelry. With proper care Ion Plated jewelry will last for many years.
We don't guarantee the length of time plating will remain on the ring due to external factors that we can't control, such as, exposure to household cleaners, sweat acidity and so on.
'Comfort Fit' refers to a slight dome shape to the inside of the ring. This gives the ring a more comfortable fit and makes it easier to put on and take off the ring.
Do your photos accurately show what the items look like?
All our photography is done in-house and edited using Adobe Photoshop CC. We do our best to accurately reflect what each item looks like when it arrives at your home. However, there can be some variations in color due to the difficulty of reproducing the actual color 100%.
Also, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colors may appear different on different monitors. We cannot guarantee that you will see a 100% accurate portrayal of the colors of our items online.
How do I care for my Tungsten Carbide or Ceramic Rings?
Tungsten carbide and ceramic rings require little care. We recommend that you use mild detergent and water to dampen a soft cloth and wipe the ring. Then use a dry lint-free cloth to dry the ring.
People who are allergic to metals prefer our tungsten and ceramic rings because they are hypoallergenic. This means that they have a reduced chance of causing allergic reactions.
NOTE: Tungsten rings are very strong but they are also brittle. On rare occasions when a tungsten ring is dropped or hits a hard surface it can crack. Tungsten rings do not have any 'give' and do not bend like a gold ring. Take care not to have your tungsten ring hit a hard surface.
What if I am in a hurry and need my ring in a rush?
We do have a priority shipping option within our shop.
You can also message us and we might be able to meet your deadline without any extra shipping charge. We will do our best to get it to you on time.
Please recycle the packaging we provide for your order in a responsible way. For returns and exchanges please try to reuse the packaging that we have provided for your return shipments.

As a father of four I know the feeling of having a sick child. My second son developed a kidney infection during the first few months of life. He was rushed to Toronto's Sick Kids Hospital and doctors there were able to control the infection. He now lives with reduced function in both kidneys.
The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), affiliated with the University of Toronto, is Canada's most research-intensive hospital and the largest center dedicated to improving children's health in the country.
