If one of your invisible string bracelets gets damaged or lost within 12 weeks of delivery date, you can purchase a replacement. Since these bracelets are magnetically paired, they can only be sold as sets. Place your order as usual and in the note to buyer state that it's a replacement order. You will be refunded 50% of the total cost of your order including taxes.

Please treat your Taylor Swift merch items with care. In order to best preserve the plating on bracelet charms, please remove them before showering/swimming. Do to the delicate nature of silk, scrunchies should also not get wet.

Once a package has been shipped and scanned with tracking information, the rest is out of our control. We do not offer refunds/replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or are shown to be delivered. But if you'd like assistance with opening a case with the shipping carrier, we will certainly aid you in the process!
